Turkey Meatballs

 1 lb Ground Turkey
 2 Eggs
 ¼ cup Plain bread crumbs
 2 tbsp grated parmesean
 1 tsp basil
 ½ tsp parsley
 ¼ cup dehydrated onion
 1 cloves minced garlic
 1 tsp salt
 ½ tsp pepper

Turn on oven broiler. Line baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with nonstick cooking spray. Set aside.

Gently combine all the ingredients in a medium mixing bowl. Use a cookie scoop to shape meatballs. Place meatballs on the baking sheet.

Put meatballs in the oven and cook for 7-10 minutes or until meatballs are becoming brown or fragrant.

Freezer Instructions (Optional)

Broil the meatballs until they are just brown and can hold their shape. They will not be cooked through. Remove the baking sheet from the oven to allow it to cool, then place the sheet in the freezer and freeze until the meatballs are solid. Transfer the meatballs to a freezer safe container and store for up to three months.

When ready to use, drop the frozen meatballs into simmering sauce, and continue simmering until the meatballs are completely cooked through.
