Joan Wood’s Homemade Ice Cream

 2 cups Whipping Cream
 4 cups Milk (Whole is preferred)
 1 Cans evaporated milk
 1.50 tsp Vanilla
 2 cups sugar
 2 tbsp Lemon juice

Blend ingredients. The lemon juice is optional, but we usually put just a touch even if we aren't doing fruit. If fruit is being added later, add the full measure.
